Our Impact

The USG Allocations provides funding for registered Kent State University undergraduate students and registered student organizations. We assist students and registered student organizations attend conferences and help registered student organizations host campus-wide events that they are passionate about.

All forms are available via Engage!

Here is how to access all forms in Engage!

Instructions to apply for Group Conference or Program:

  • Log into KSU Engage with your Flashline credentials and submit;

  • Navigate to your student organization page;

  • Click on the 'Manage Organization' button in the upper right corner;

  • Click on the 'Hamburger' icon in the upper left corner;

  • Click the gear icon next to your organization;

  • Click on the Finance Tab;

  • Click 'Create Request;'

  • Select 'Create Budget Request;'

  • Select ‘USG Group Conference Allocation Request’ or ‘USG Program Allocation Request;’’

  • Fill out the application in its entirety and submit!

Instructions to apply for Individual Conference:

  • Log into KSU Engage with your Flashline credentials and submit;

  • Click the circle icon in the upper right corner;

  • Select ‘My Submissions;’

  • Navigate to the ‘Budgeting’ Tab along the top of the page;

  • Click the blue ‘Create Request’ button;

  • Select ‘USG Individual Conference Allocation Request;

  • Fill out the application in its entirety and submit!
